We began as a division of Aegis Corporation, a multinational company established in 1974, and subsequently incorporated as a Missouri corporation in December, 2007.

All services described on this web site are provided by us. We do not employ sales personnel, pay commissions, utilize the services of affiliates, independent contractors or recruiting firms, or outsource services to, or represent, any other organization. Clients residing in States and countries where we do not have a local presence receive the benefits of our attorneys co-counseling with attorneys in those areas who must consistently comply with our rigorous standards. Continuous training and education is provided to all employees and attorneys.
