We began in 2006 as a division of Aegis Corporation, a multinational company established in 1974, and subsequently incorporated as a separate company in 2007.

All services described on this web site are provided by our professionally trained employees in Accounting, Administrative, Legal, Marketing and Client Support departments located at our corporate offices. We do not utilize the services of affiliates, independent contractors or recruiting firms, nor do we do not outsource services to, or represent, any other organization. Clients residing in States and countries where we do not have a local presence receive the benefits of our attorneys co-counseling with attorneys in those areas who must consistently comply with our rigorous standards. Continuous training and education is provided to all employees and attorneys.
